Trainer MARK WALKER will walk away with his fourth trainers’ title, while apprentice K HAKIM will complete the historic double of claiming both the senior and apprentice jockey titles in the same year, thus equalling the feat of another Malaysia-born jockey BENNY WOODWORTH who claimed both premiership titles in 1995.
It’s also game, set and match for the “Horse of the Year” with Lion City Cup and Singapore Gold Cup winner LIM’S LIGHTING standing head and shoulders above all challengers in 2021 to claim the title as Singapore’s best thoroughbred.
