Eight-year-old galloper STRAP MARKS can atone for his recent defeat when he steps out in the 1200m Auspicious Start Handicap at Ipoh on Sunday.
STRAP MARKS attracted market support and was far from disgraced at his first Penang appearance a fortnight ago. The gelding also raced on a wet surface for the first time finishing 2nd, a half length behind the winner.
STRAP MARKS has recorded three wins in his career, all over the 1200m trip and has performed admirably in five local starts to date. Jockey CK Khaw combined successfully with STRAP MARKS with a KL win in October and the combination should take plenty of beating this Sunday.
