Consistent galloper SHENG PROISIR appears on track for a winning return in the 1400 Mouse Deer Handicap at Ipoh on Saturday.
SHENG PROISIR has proven to be versatile posting four successive placings this season from distances ranging between 1100m up to 1600m.
The four-year-old received no luck in Penang last start when caught wide throughout before finishing fourth over 1200m.
SHENG PROISIR has never missed a place in four runs on the Ipoh circuit, including his only career win recorded in November last year. The New Zealand-bred performer should prove hard to beat third-up for jockey R Rueven.
