S Shafrizal, the rider of COOL SIXTY-ONE, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that passing the 50m, he did permit his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of WEBSTER (M Lerner), which was crowded, clipped heels and blundered and then carried inwards onto AHORSEWITHNONAME (L Beuzelin), which was checked.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Shafrizal that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Sunday, 14 May 2023.
Jockey Shafrizal was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 15 May 2023 to Saturday, 27 May 2023 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

App S Jamil, the rider of OUR SECRET WEAPON, in the presence of his Master, Trainer D Logan, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that passing the 750m, he did permit his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of FIDDLESTICK (I Saifudin), which checked.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from App Jamil that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Sunday, 14 May 2023.
App Jamil was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 15 May 2023 to Saturday, 20 May 2023 both dates inclusive (one Singapore Race Day) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

F Yusoff, the rider of LUXURY BRAND, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 1100m, he directed his mount inwards, when insufficiently clear of JANUARY (WH Kok), which checked.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness and submissions from Jockey Yusoff that he has been engaged to ride at the Singapore Race Meeting on Sunday, 14 May 2023.
Jockey Yusoff was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 15 May 2023 to Saturday, 27 May 2023 both dates inclusive (two Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.
CC Wong (pictured), the rider of PACIFIC HERO, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that passing the 1100m, he did permit his mount to shift inwards, when insufficiently clear of NIMBUS CLOUD (M Zaki), which checked.
When deciding on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea, the degree of interference and carelessness.
Jockey Wong was suspended from riding in races with effect from Sunday, 07 May 2023 to Sunday, 14 May 2023 both dates inclusive (one Singapore Race Day). In addition, he was fined a sum of S$6,000 in lieu of one day suspension. He was advised of his Right of Appeal.
