1. RETORT – Newcomer by Frankel, the dam never ran. His full sister was Obligate who won at
Listed and Group Level. A good debut can be expected
2. ZRYAN – Newcomer by Night Of Thunder, the dam was placed. From a good yard that prepares
newcomers well. Bold show likely
3. GREY POUR FREEDOM – Newcomer by Kendargent, the Dam won. Market signals are often
informative
4. ROI DE BAVIERE – A son of Nathaniel, the dam won twice. Market best guide to expected
performance
5. NE ME QUITTE PAS – Newcomer by Us Navy Flag, the dam won at Group level and Listed class
in Italy. Can be involved
6. ALCANTOR – Newcomer by New Bay, the dam never ran. Fabre trained, any market support
should be watched closely
7. BATEAU BLANC – Son of Kendargent, the dam was a Listed winner. Prominent role expected
on debut, market support should be noted

Summary : In a race for unraced colts and geldings ZRYAN (2) will be expected to give a good
account on debut, he is related to a number of winners and his trainer will have him well forward.
RETORT (1) is the son of FRANKEL, with a nice profile, his full sister Obligate won at Group level
and Listed class. He could pose the biggest threat. BATEAU BLANC (7) is out of a good mare who
won at Listed level in Italy and any market moves should be watched carefully. NE ME QUITTE
PAS (5) is another to consider as his dam was a Group 3 winner in Italy.

2. OLYMPE MANCINI – Newcomer by Toronado, the dam ran once. From the Vermeulen stable,
she will be well prepared for opening run
3. ALOVEMINE – Debut for the daughter of Attendu, the dam was placed. Market support should
be noted, may need todays experience
4. EMPRESS STAR – Newcomer by Cloth Of Stars, the dam never ran. The mount of Maxime
Guyon can have a say on her debut
5. RANEVSKAYA – Debut for this daughter of Taj Mahal, the dam never ran. Market guide best for
clues
6. QUENDRESA – Newcomer by Wootton Bassett, the dam won at Listed level. A good run is
anticipated for the Graffard-trained youngster
7. YSOIE – Newcomer by Attendu, the dam was placed. May need further in time and could be in
need of this outing
8. GEE WHIZZER – Unraced by Fas, the dam was placed. Good operation that can ready a

Summary : The Andre Fabre trained LISIMBA (9) will be expected to put in a good run on debut,
she is half-sister to a Grade 3 winner in America. QUENDRESA (6) is by a speedy Sire and the
dam was a winner in Listed class, she should be monitored closely in the betting exchanges. GEE
WHIZZER (8) looks good on paper and a bold show can be anticipated. AMALYA (1) is another
that is worth a look in the betting market, she will get every assistance from Gerald Mosse.

on the last run but credible effort. In the mix
3. ILES ET AILES – 4th in a Class 2 on the artificial surface last time, and a winner over 1900m
before that in March. Can win on turf debut
4. CASSIUS – Won at Saint-Cloud over 2000m on the most recent run on May 16th. Needs more
in a better race
5. MY LORD – Won a maiden at Dieppe over 1800m on May 6th. This is a better race but can not
be overlooked
6. MOVING COLOURS – 3rd on the latest run over 2000m in a Class 2 race at Lyon Parilly on May
18th. Can have a say at the business end

Summary : The Godolphin-owned ILES ET AILES (3) will feel more at home on his first attempt
on turf and looks like the likely winner in this Class 2 event. MOVING COLOURS (6) could pose
the biggest danger, although looking at the jockey bookings, Barzalona has the choice of mounts
and has opted to ride ILES ET AILES (3). CIRCEO (2) was a bit outclassed on his most recent run
in a strong Group 3 race, this is calmer waters and he can get involved. MY LORD (5) could be the
best of the remainder.

1. KALEOCREEK – Nice run when 3rd over 1300m at this track on May 16th. One for the shortlist
2. SALALAH – Won by 2.5L in a claimer at this venue over 900m only 9 days ago, will enjoy the
step up in trip. Key chance
3. PRINCESSE SAPHIR – Won at Marseille Borely over 1200m on May 12th in a maiden. Can be
too smart for these
4. LASAIR – Won at Angers on the latest run over 1200m in a claimer only 7 days ago. Can make
the frame
5. CIOTOLA – Out of the frame on only run so far over 1200m at this track on May 23rd. Others
appeal more
6. MARCELLO’S RETURN – Unplaced on only run over 1000m on May 9th. Needs vast
improvement to feature
7. FAMILIA – Newcomer by American Devil, the dam won 4 times. Market best guide to expected
performance
8. BAWE ISLAND – Has a bit to find with SALALAH (2) on a 4th-placed run behind that rival at this
venue only 9 days ago. Up 300m and can feature

Summary : A recent winner over 1200m at Marseille Borely, PRINCESSE SAPHIR (3) has strong
claims to follow up. SALALAH (2) is a winner at this track of a claimer 9 days ago, she can once
again have a say in proceedings in the step up in distance. KALEOCREEK (1) ran well when third
last time at this track, the drop back in trip could bring out more improvement. BAWE ISLAND (8)
has a bit to find with SALALAH (2) when they met over 300m less only 9 days ago, the extra
distance could close the gap.

R5 – PRIX DORINA – 1300m (a6 1/2f) – TURF – Handicap – Flat – EUR € 40.000

1. EMPATHIC – Although unplaced on the last three runs, credible efforts in handicap company,
the latter over 1400m on May 16th. Not to be discounted
2. ALCANOR – Nice 4th at this venue over 1400m on May 16th. Looks competitive on form
3. LUNALA – A good run when 5th in a Listed race on the last run over 1400m on May 18th and a
winner twice before that. Sets the standard
4. SUNDAY FUDGE – 3rd in the same race that NOLITO (6) was 2nd in on her last outing over
1400m. Can make presence felt
5. DROLE DE DAME – Has not run this year so far, the latest outing was over 1300m in December.
Best watched on return from a break
6. NOLITO – Has been 2nd on his last three runs, the latter over 1400m at this venue on May 16th.

7. NAJWAA – First run in a handicap after some good efforts, last seen in a Class 2 over 1200m at
Chantilly, which was a credible run. Ought to be thereabouts

9. GOEVA – Unplaced on the last two runs, 3rd before that over 1300m at Chantilly in March. Others
rate higher

11. MICHELANGELO – 4th in a Class 2 race at Angers on the recent run on May 30th over 1350m.

12. BIG LOG – Unplaced on the last run over 1600m at this track on March 28th. Best watched for
now
13. ARIANE – A winner two runs back at Pau over 1400m in January. Has not been seen since
February when unplaced. Might need return outing

Summary : LUNALA (3) ran really well when upped into a Listed race on her most recent outing.
She will be more at home in this drop-in class and can be hard to beat. NOLITO (6) is a very honest
performer and should once again give a good account of himself. SUNDAY FUDGE (4) has a length
to find with NOLITO (6) on when they last met when they were second and third over 1400m at this
track last month. REVE DE VALLARSA (8) was a winner two runs ago and can make the frame.

1. GO JOHNNY GO GO GO – Nice win over 1200m at Marseille Borely on May 5th. Looks the one
to beat despite top weight
2. INFINITY SWEET – Good 2nd on the first run in a handicap last time over 1350m at Angers on
May 11th. Ought to be in the shake-up
3. SWEET LULLABY – Three recent unplaced runs, 3rd before that over 1400m at this track last
July in a Class 2 maiden. Needs to get get back on track
4. VEDAMIYA – Nice effort when 3rd over 1800m at Dieppe in early May. Among the leading claims
5. SAGGEZZA – Out of the frame on last two runs, 3rd before that over 1600m in early April.
Vulnerable
6. TOP DAAY – Nice 4th over 1500m on May 28th at this track. Handily weighted so can have a
say
7. ROSEL – Has been placed on numerous outings recently, 4th over 1600m at Lyon Parilly on
May 20th. Others preferred
8. HAARICIA – Won two runs back at Nancy over 1400m on May 3rd. Unlikely to trouble some of
these
9. SHINING YELLOW – 3rd over 1350m on latest run at Wissembourg on May 14th. Capable of
making an impact
10. ILATRAYA – Did well when a nice 3rd over 1500m at this venue 9 days ago. Each way option
11. ALTROLATO – 3rd on debut three runs back over 1200m last October. Makes handicap debut
but others rate higher
12. MADALIE – Has had three runs so far all unplaced, and tries a handicap for the first time. Looks
safely held
13. VILLA CELINA – Has several unplaced efforts of late over different trips. Best avoided on what
shown

Summary : A winner last month over slightly less in trip, GO JOHNNY GO GO GO (1) can follow
up under the top weight. VEDAMIYA (4) has solid placed efforts of late and a recent third over
1800m at Dieppe was a good run, she should be more at home over today’s journey. INFINITY
SWEET (2) shaped well on the last run when making her handicap debut, she looks the best eachway angle. ILATRAYA (10) is another that enters calculations and will be fit from a recent third nine
days ago.
