1. AUSTRAL – Placed on all three starts so far, the latter when 2nd over 1400m at this track on
May 28th. Leading claims
2. WANCHY – Out of the frame when having only start so far over 1200m at Chantilly in late April.
Might find a few too good
3. KEAHENGE BERE – Unplaced the last two runs, 2nd before those over 1700m in February at
Pornichet. Others make more sense
4. GAILLARD – 5th at this track over 1400m when AUSTRAL (1) was ahead in 2nd. Should play
a lead role
5. SHORT FINAL – Out of the frame on only run so far over 1800m in late October 2022. Others
make more appeal
6. BIG STAR – Fair 4th over 1700m on the last run at Marseille Borely on May 22nd. Has work to
do
7. ATTACK MASSIVE – 3rd behind two very useful horses on debut last year over 1600m at
Deauville in October. Was 9L off the second (American Flag) that day, but ought to be on the
premises
8. TONAL – Can improve plenty from a run over 1600m on the PSF at Chantilly in March. Should
like the grass surface and is in the mix
Summary : Having been placed on all three starts so far AUSTRAL (1) has a good opportunity of
winning, he was a solid second at this track when last seen on May 28th and is the obvious
choice. If anything can beat him it could be TONAL (8) who should be a lot more streetwise for a
run at Chantilly on the PSF, he will be much more at home on the turf today. GAILLARD (4) was
behind AUSTRAL (1) when they met last time, he has a bit of ground to make up but can make
the frame. ATTACK MASSIVE (7) lacks a run this year but showed ability when third on his only
start behind two useful horses.

1. LORD OF WAR – Has been supplemented for this, a good 3rd over 1350m on debut on June
3rd at Lyon Parilly. Can progress and play a lead role
2. ALOVEMINE – Good 2nd over 1400m on June 6th at this track on the only run so far. Sets the
standard
3. SHIFFRIN – Showed ability when unplaced over 1200m on only run so far over 1200m at this
track on May 23rd. Can make presence felt
4. LIANE – Out of the frame on only run so far over 1100m at Fontainebleau in a claimer in early
May. Hard to fancy
5. LE KING DU FRAISSE – Unraced colt by Finjaan, the dam was a winner. Market signals are
often informative
6. ASKAYA – Newcomer by Birchwood, the dam unraced. The market is the best guide for
expected performance
7. ETERNEL’S BEAUTE – Newcomer by Galiway, the dam was placed. A good yard that
educates juveniles well, any market support should be monitored
8. MISS DABIRSIM – Unraced filly by Dabirsim, the dam was a winner. From a stable that can
ready a newcomer. Any market support should be noted
9. ZARAJANE – Newcomer by Zarak, the dam was unplaced. From a good stable, can be
involved on debut, Barzalona booked to ride
10. BARONCINA – Debutant by Invincible Army, the dam was unraced. Might be better for this
run, market support should be noted
Summary : Narrowly beaten at this track on her debut, ALOVEMINE (2) can make improvement
from that experience and should go one better today. LORD OF WAR (1) can certainly make life
difficult for his rivals, he will come forward for a third at Lyon Parilly at the start of this month and
is a leading player. SHIFFRIN (3) will need to take a major step forward to win but can make the
frame with improvement from her only run so far at this track late last month. ZARAJANE (9) has
a nice profile and could fare best of the newcomers.

2. ANGELABA – Out of the frame in a Listed race last time over 1600m at Chantilly in early May.
Others rate higher
3. GREAT ART – Last seen over 1400m at Nantes when winning in June 2022. May need this run
after a year away
4. SOCIETY MAN – Unplaced in a Listed race last time, but won before that over 1400m at
Compiegne in mid-April. Has work to do
5. ROYAL SHAKE – Nice 4th over 1400m at Chantilly on May 19th on the most recent outing.
Can feature
6. TERRESTRIAL – Will be fitter for a run over 1600m last month when finishing 6th. Has a bit of
quality and looks the likely winner
7. PERCUSSION – Won on the last run over course and distance on May 28th. Needs more in
class jump but ought to have a say
8. OUJDA – Out of the frame in a Class 2 race last time over 1600m on June 2nd at Compiegne.
Might find a few too good
9. AXDALIVA – Fair 4th over 1600m in a Class 1 race on the last run at Angers on April 10th.
Among the top chances
10. THIOSSANE – 2nd at Deauville over 1500m when last racing in October 2022. Can make the
frame
Summary : TERRESTRIAL (6) can improve plenty from a run over 1600m last month when
running a credible race in a Class 1 event. She was placed in Group 3 races last year and should
be too smart for her rivals. MAKE ME KING (1) is a live threat, he will be well prepared for his
seasonal return to action and can not be discounted. AXDALIVA (9) ran well in a Class 1 race
when fourth at Angers in April over slightly further than today’s journey, she should be fine with
the drop back in trip. ROYAL SHAKE (5) needs a personal best to win but can make the frame.

5. PIERREFITTE – Was just behind LIWA OASIS (1) when she was 4th at this venue on May
28th. Has a bit to find but has a leading chance
6. TERTULIANE BLOOM – 5th at Compiegne over 1800m on May 26th on seasonal return.
Should be sharper for that and be in the shake-up

13. BAILEYS STARLIGHT – Newcomer by Dabirsim, the dam was placed. Any market support
should be noted
Summary : LIWA OASIS (1) has been performing well in all three of her runs so far. She is due a
win and could have been found a good opportunity by her connections. PIERREFITTE (5) was
0.75L behind LIWA OASIS (1) when they were third and fourth when they met at this track last
month. She looks like the arch-rival. SADIA (9) looks one for the each-way backers, she could be
a nice bit of value in the betting market and can make progress from her last race when showing
promise. LUCIA ARATORI (12) makes up the shortlist.

Summary : GUITRY (1) has run well on her last two runs, and her latest second at Le Mans
gives her every chance of getting her head back in front. The biggest danger could be MISS
POOKIE (3) who is lightly raced and looks the type to keep progressing. LEWIS CHOP (5) will be
full of confidence for a win at Dieppe when last racing in late May, he can once again give a good
account of himself. HOLLY COLOUR (7) is another that enters calculations.

racing in September 2022. Ought to play a leading role
7. SALDURO – Not seen since unplaced over 1900m at Deauville last August. Others preferred
8. BOKRA FIL MISHMISH – Unplaced on the latest run over 2100m at Limoges on June 11th
when last racing. Avoid
9. LILI BLUE – 3rd over 1900m at Deauville when last racing in November 2022. Might need this
return outing
Summary : SHANNKIYR (2) will strip fitter for a fourth-placed effort at Compiegne when last
racing on June 2nd, he looks the best option in an open race. MYTHICO (1) could make things
interesting, he was a good third in a Class 2 race when last seen at the end of May and won
before that over 2000m in early May. MR DE POURCEAUGNAC (6) makes his seasonal return
having not raced since last September, he will improve for this race but can not be discounted.
ALESSIO (4) last ran in the German Derby, when unplaced. He will be better for this run but can
play a role.

Summary : ROSIR (1) has been in cracking form of late, she was a good second on her first try
in a handicap when last seen on May 25th, and she holds every chance of going one better
today. ONE POINT (8) is also in good form and has been placed on this track recently, she can
make her presence felt. LE CACOIN (7) was fourth in the same race as the two already
mentioned at Parislongchamp. He merits consideration and can make the frame. DSCHINGIS
GRACE (3) shaped well when last seen and has a live place chance.
