Race Summary: BUTTERNUTENROOIWYN is improving and could be set for her best performance yet. NEERAH showed good improvement from her debut and looks the one they all have to beat. SOUTHERN STYLE is better than her last run would suggest and should be a threat in this line-up. TOGETHER AGAIN has done best over this distance and should also contest the finish. KIT KAT KATIE disappointed last time out but could bounce back. It is hard to see anything else coming to win it.

Race Summary: An interesting race. RED BOMBER let his team down at Scottsville last time out but many horses have not shone at that course. He was an impressive debut winner and it will not be a surprise to see him bounce back and score. Trainer Tony Peter has, like his father Paul, done remarkably well with Western Cape horses joining their yard and KYOMAI won first time of asking for them. He might have more to offer. PRINCEOFGREEN has improved and the further he goes the better he may well be. HOTARUBI is knocking hard at the door so can also get involved in the finish.

Race Summary: BARBARESCO has been heavily backed in both his starts but found one better both times. Those two that beat him are decent animals and BARBARESCO was not disgraced. This looks a much weaker race and he does appear to stand out and it is hard to see him failing this test. Jockey Gavin Lerena takes over the reins and that could do the trick. If there is to be one to run over the good thing then perhaps NO PLACE LIKE HOME is that runner. He has been fair in two starts so far and is open to improvement. CAPTAIN TIK TOK is holding form and could finish in the money once again. FAST DUTY has been disappointing but could play a minor role.

Race Summary: A weak race with mostly out of form runners. THE INKOSANA has only won once in 12 races but has been consistent over this distance and could get the run of the race from a decent draw. CORAPI has lost his way of late but the blinkers are back on and he steps up in distance. This should lead to a better run. ROMEO’S MAGIC has won twice over this course and distance and put up a better race last time out so could be ready to strike. NUCLEAR FORCE is badly drawn and coming off some modest efforts but could be the surprise package of the race if finding his best form. This is a leg to load in the Pick 6.

Race Summary: CLIMATE CONTROL has been a disappointment in that he has only one win to show but that could be doubled up if things fall his way. This Ideal World gelding seems at his best over 1800m and the Turffontein Inside track has been good to him. GREENLIGHT MAGIC was not disgraced when fifth last time out, his first run out the Maidens, so has more to offer. IGNATIUS is not an easy ride but from pole position should get the run of the race and will contest the finish. BRONZE SWORD would have picked up some confidence from his last win and that runner-up has subsequently won.

Race Summary: STRATOSPHERIC has done trainer Tony Peter proud with two wins from just three starts since joining him. He has had some time to get over his recent fourth-place finish and he can return to winning ways. FAST LOVE has lost his way of late but could bounce back and earn some money. LUCY IN THE SKY struggled in her last two starts but is well drawn and has a place chance. NOW I GOT YOU is honest and is not out of it. DESTINY OF SOULS is well drawn and should be right there at the finish. CIAN THE CONQUEROR fluffed his lines last time out but can bounce back. LORD VARYS is better than his last run and could finish in the money once again.

GREEN SCEPTRE has some fair recent form but is not well drawn. SPRING WILL COME is better than the last run would suggest and must be included in all perms. BATIK was not disgraced last time out and deserves respect. TWICE AS WILD has struggled for some time now with just the one win but is in fair form and is not out of it. MEET THE CAPTAIN can earn some money.

RUNNING RIFLES won first time up after a rest and is clearly a threat. BLOOMINGTON is usually not too far back and can get involved with the finish. SHE’S A RAINBOW bounced back to score last time out but is badly drawn. SURYAVARMAN is doing well of late and from pole position should be a lively runner. MIA FIORE has improved with the step up in distance and has a winning chance as well.

LOOKING HOT is better than the last three runs and could be ready to rumble. RED CARPET GIRL bounced back to form with a nice run last time out.
