1. PIANINO – Won over 2100m at Dax last time 24 days ago. Needs more in a better race but can
have a say
2. DIVIN PROPOS – Won over 1900m on the last run in late May at Bordeaux Le Bouscat. Player
3. O’CARBALLO – Nice debut when 3rd over 2000m in late June. Can improve a good deal from
that and a bold show is expected
4. DESERT SNAKE – Ran 4th two runs ago over 2200m in a Class 2 race in late April. Might find
a few too good
5. ZOKOA – Unplaced last time, won before that over 2000m on the all-weather surface in early
April. Others look more likely
6. HABEEBAH – Ran well in a Listed race last time, and won before that at Toulouse over 2100m
in March. Leading chance
Summary : Small field but some promising types line up for this Class 2 race. The filly
HABEEBAH (6) might be too good for her male counterparts. She ran well in a Listed race last
time and won by 3L in a maiden at Toulouse over 2100m in March. She could have most to fear
from the once-raced O’CARBALLO (3) who ran a race full of promise when third on debut and
can improve a good deal from that. DIVIN PROPOS (2) has improved with racing and can make
his rivals work hard. PIANINO (1) could fare best of the remainder.
SELECTIONS
HABEEBAH (6) – O’CARBALLO (3) – DIVIN PROPOS (2) – PIANINO (1)

2650m. Opposable
Summary : ANGELO DE L’ABBAYE AA (1) was a good second over 2400m at La Teste in late
June when beaten narrowly. He gets the vote ahead of HORIZON DE TANUES AA (6) who was
1L back in third that day and looks the main threat, a further 3L back in third was SIERRA DE
L’ABBAYE AA (3) who has a good deal of ground to find to win but can be expected to have a
say in proceedings. INCROYABLE D’OC AA (4) also ran in the same race, finishing seventh, and
will be hoping for a better run and should not be ruled out of it.
SELECTIONS
ANGELO DE L’ABBAYE AA (1) – HORIZON DE TANUES AA (6) – SIERRA DE L’ABBAYE

progress to feature
Summary : DANTZARIA (5) has had three runs so far, she was not beaten that far over 1400m
on her latest run 16 days ago in a maiden and can be very competitive at likely nice odds.
BONNY LOVE (2) ran well on her only start at Madrid (Spain) when finishing fourth and can be a
lot sharper for that and can be on the premises. GARDEN CHOP (8) has shown some ability
when fourth over 1400m at Compiegne three outings ago and can have a place claim. LAUFE
CHOP (6) has also shown some talent and can feature in a race that will not take much winning.
SELECTIONS
DANTZARIA (5) – BONNY LOVE (2) – GARDEN CHOP (8) – LAUFE CHOP (6)

ready for this and can have a say

latest outing over 1200m and has good form at this track, scoring over 1400m in February.
ARAMITZ (2) looks like the main threat, he shaped well when third over 1600m last time at La
Teste in late May and won at this track before that in April over 1600m. MER NOIR (9) has had
some time away and should be fit from an 8-month absence and can make the frame. EL

SELECTIONS

12. JADAARA – Unraced by Al Mouwaffak, stable runners tend to need a run for experience. Any
market support should be noted
13. AL AMBHRA – Newcomer by Al Mourtajez, should improve plenty for this debut run. Watch
the betting market
Summary : AA TRUNK MONKEY (1) can improve a good deal from his third-placed effort on his
only run over 1400m 16 days ago and looks the best option ahead of NAMOUR AL SHAHANIA
(3) who was 1.5L back in fourth when they met recently and looks like the main rival. ANASHEED
(5) was a bit below her best last time but ran well when second two runs ago over 1600m in late
May and a good show can be expected. NAFJAH (7) has shown promise on both of her runs and
can not be underestimated.
SELECTIONS
AA TRUNK MONKEY (1) – NAMOUR AL SHAHANIA (3) – ANASHEED (5) – NAFJAH (7)

overlooked
11. INDIAN DEAL – Five unplaced runs since a 2nd at Pau in December over 2000m. Others
make more appeal
Summary : The majority of this lineup has been out of form recently. CENTAURUS (3) on the
other hand is a winner when last seen over 1800m in mid-June. He looks like the safest option
ahead of PICWOCKY (2) who has been placed in four of his last five runs and can be a live threat
if putting his best foot forward. BALEGRIO (1) has also been running well on his last two outings,
he should once again be involved at the business end. BECHO (4) merits consideration having
run well at this track when second over 1600m in March.

vulnerable
