1. INFINITY SWEET – Good 2nd over 1200m on the last run at Le Lion D’Angers on July 25th.
Honest performer and is the form pick
2. QUEEN KAHINA – Unplaced on the last two runs, fair effort on the latter when 5th at this venue
over 1400m in mid-July. Can not be ruled out
3. WONDER WOOD – Two unplaced runs on French soil so far, the latest over 1600m in a claimer
in July. Won at Ebreichsdorf (AUT) in September 2022 over 1300m. Looks hard to fancy
4. A STOLEN KISS – Ran 4th over 1600m at Munich-Riem ( Germany) on the last run 11 days ago.
Each-way option
5. UN PLUS UNE – 4th three runs back over 1200m at Chantilly in May. Has work to do to get
involved
6. RASTIGNAC – 4th on the last run over 1400m at Clairefontaine 12 days ago. Capable of a bold
show
7. PEANUT ROYALE – Has shown very little in the last two runs, the latter over 1400m. Seems of
limited ability and best watched
8. SUNY YINA – Nice 2nd at this track on the last outing 10 days ago over 1600m. In the mix
9. GAUDENZIA – Three unplaced runs so far, the latter over 1350m at Senonnes in June. Tries a
handicap for the first time but others preferred
10. LONG STORY SHORT – Has several unplaced runs of late, the latter over 1600m at Vichy 20
days ago. Best overlooked
Summary : The most consistent in this lineup is INFINITY SWEET (1), she was a good second on
her last outing over 1200m 16 days ago and the 1300m journey today should be ideal for her. She
probably has the most to fear from RASTIGNAC (6) who looks ready to get his head in front after
some nice efforts of late. He could make things difficult for the selection. SUNY YINA (8) ran well
at this track on her latest outing when second in her first attempt in handicap company. She will
be on the premises again. A STOLEN KISS (4) looks best of the remainder.

hard to recommend

10. MON ‘ EVEREST – Unplaced in all four runs so far, the latter in a handicap over 2500m in early
July. Opposable
Summary : SLICK CHICK (3) scored nicely by 2.5L at Vichy on her latest run three weeks ago and
despite a rise in the weights she can follow up. Former UK-trained LANCILLOTTO (2) shaped well
when fourth on his last run 13 days ago and should be suited by the step up in trip today. SYKES
(5) needs to be considered from a place perspective. He is making his debut in a handicap and is
better than his last run when fifth in a decent maiden where he was beaten a long way. DAHLIE (4)
makes up the shortlist.

shape and can go one better

10. ALMAZORA – 3rd two runs ago over 2500m, which was in late June. Has work to do to feature
11. TOUNMY – Won a Class 4 race over 2300m in early July on the last run. Unlikely to trouble

12. HORSE BOREAL – Has four unplaced runs of late, the latter over 2100m at this track 10 days
ago. Hard to fancy
Summary : FEDE GALIZIA (5) gets the marginal verdict after a decent second at this track 10 days
ago. He has every chance of scoring this time. The consistent WONDER HOPE (3) is a big threat
after a win two runs ago and a good second when last seen at Aix-Les-Bains just over three weeks
ago. AZAZEL (8) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations after a decent effort when
second at this track 10 days ago. ARAMIS D’AZUR (7) is another that warrants respect, he is at
the right end of the handicap and is capable of making the frame.

4. COME SAY HI – Has won the last two runs, the latter over 1800m at Dieppe 10 days ago. Major
player
5. AMERICAN PARK – Three unplaced runs this year, the latter over 2400m at Chantilly in early
July. Needs to get back on track
6. INSIGNIA OF RANK – Four unplaced runs of late, 4th before that over 2400m in late May. Merits
consideration
7. UNA NOVA – Four unplaced runs of late over different trips. Looks out of form and is best
watched
8. QUEEN CLEMENCE – Two unplaced runs of late, won before that over 2400m at Wissembourg
in June. Capable if in the mood
9. HELLO CHARLY – Has several unplaced efforts and has dropped in the ratings. Won over
1500m in January. In the mix on best form
10. GAMECHANGER – Unplaced on the last three runs, 3rd before that over 2400m at Salon
Provence in late May. Place chance
11. FITZCARRALDO – Not seen since an unplaced run in November over 3000m. Can be
overlooked
12. LAURA TREZY – Has a string of unplaced efforts, the latest run was over 1900m in July. Seems
of limited ability
13. TORNALDO – Fair 4th over 2100m at this track on July 11th when last seen. Can make the
frame
Summary : Despite a below-par run last time, SAINTE RITA (2) is the selection. She was a good
second over 2500m at the end of June two starts ago and is capable of a bold run. COME SAY HI
(4) is seeking a hat-trick of wins. He has to raise his game as both of his recent wins were in
claimers. He does rate as the main threat as he is full of confidence. TORNALDO (13) gets in off
bottom weight and can not be overlooked from an each-way perspective. GAMECHANGER (10) is
capable on his best form of making things interesting and can make the frame.

days ago. Can be avoided
4. DORAZIO – 5th on the PSF last time, a good 2nd before that over 1850m in mid-June. Live
chance
5. GOLDANIA – Fair 3rd over 1400m at Vichy on the last outing in mid-July. Can not be ignored
6. LEEROY GOLD – Five out-of-the-frame runs in 2023. Won in November over 1400m. Needs to
get back to form
7. CRUELLA DE VIL – Has yet to win but a decent 4th at Compiegne over 1600m when last seen
in late July. Merits consideration
8. SAGE DREAM – Won on the last run at this track over 1600m in early July. Ought to make
presence felt
9. DAYYAN – Has numerous unplaced runs, the latest over 1300m at this track 10 days ago. Best
watched
10. SAINT FIACRE – Fair 4th over 1600m at Vichy on the last run in late July. Ought to be on the
premises
11. JOYEUSE DE ROMAY – Fair 4th two runs ago over 1600m at this track in early July. Others
seem more likely
12. WARRIOR – Did well when 3rd over 1300m at Vittel last time in late July. One to pay attention
too
13. FILZMOOSERIN – 3rd on the last two runs, the latter over 2100m at this venue 10 days ago.
Place chance
Summary : DORAZIO (4) was not beaten far on the PSF at Chantilly last month and was a good
second on the turf in mid-June in a Class 3 handicap. He is the tentative selection ahead of SAINT
FIACRE (10) who has been in good form this year winning twice and a recent fourth at Vichy over
1600m was a solid effort. He can be involved at the business end as can CRUELLA DE VIL (7)
who is still looking for her first win. She can win a race based on what she has shown and can not
be ruled out of this. GOLDANIA (5) enters calculations after a good third at this track in mid-July
on her last run.

1. GENTILESCHI – Finished 3rd at Chantilly last time in her first start in the claiming division and
should, on that form, fight for victory here
2. THE CAT’S – Made a winning debut in his only start at this level so ought to be a factor returning
to this category
3. ESTRY – Showed promise by finishing 4th in a decent field on debut in April. Absent since but
open to improvement
4. THIENE – Cristian Demuro a noteworthy jockey engagement aboard this Cotai Glory debutante
for Alessandro & Giuseppe Botti
5. READY KING – Appeared to be going the right way in conditions races before failing (9th) in a
handicap last time. Eased in grade now, beware
6. IHOA – Still without a win but her experience should stand her in good stead. Has no more than
a place chance though
7. AMOUREUSE – Won a claiming race over 900m in April but has shown little in both subsequent
outings. Must reaffirm
8. GOLDENA – Has the form and experience to make her presence felt. Finished a reassuring 4th
recently and represents a stable in good form
9. FLY FALCON FLY – Has made no impression in either outing, finishing unplaced and well beaten
on both occasions. Overlook
10. LAMAJESTIK – Finished an improved 4th last time but continues to blow hot and cold. Her
experience at this level could yield a minor position
11. REDZAFINE – Fabrice Veron rides this Kuroshio filly on debut for owner-trainer Jean-Vincent
Toux. One to keep an eye on
Summary : Despite a disappointing last start (only 6th), GENTILESCHI (1) ought to fight for victory
if judged on the form of her penultimate performance (3rd), which was her first outing in this
category. She will, however, have to be wary of THE CAT’S (2) who, having won at this level on
debut, has maintained fair form and consistency. ESTRY (3) finished an encouraging 4th on debut
in April and should improve with the benefit of experience, so must be respected. GOLDENA (8)
appeals most of the remainder.

1. ANDINO – Inconsistent but remains capable, even under joint top-weight in this handicap. Runs
well for Maxime Guyon
2. RED NUDE ROUGE – Maintaining a good level of consistency over recent weeks and recently
showed her form and well-being at Clairefontaine (4th). Confirm anticipated
3. MY LADY ROCK – Closely matched on recent form with RED NUDE ROUGE (2) so isn’t without
a chance here. Warrants respect
4. MONTFIQUET – Made no impression in his only start this year after a lengthy layoff, dating back
to 2021. Watch for now
5. BEYOND MY DREAMS – Sparked improvement on his to this surface, finishing 2nd at Chantilly
last month. Need only repeat that performance to play a leading role
6. ACHKI – Inconsistent but is not incapable of getting into the picture. Has upset potential judged
on his penultimate performance
7. BRONE – Has been struggling for some time now and is unlikely to trouble the judge on her
return. Can be ruled out
8. VALENTO – Last-start winner at Ostend in late July and is at ease on this surface. More than
likely to remain competitive
9. EMPIRIC – Nothing noteworthy to his name for a considerable period and can be easily ruled out
as a result. Overlook
10. CHARM WRENS – Capable filly who possesses a good turn of foot. Has to be ridden cold but
if the gaps open timeously, she’ll be a factor
11. MURRAYFIELD – Continues to blow hot and cold but remains capable. Was disappointing
when unplaced last time but could have a say here on her earlier form
12. CASIVE – Has been struggling for some time now and is unlikely to trouble the judge on her
return. Can be ruled out
13. CALY ROSAY – Unreliable but seldom finishes far off the mark on a going day. Hard to trust
but is as hard to rule out
14. HYGROVE BEC – Has looked distinctly ordinary for some time now, so her chances are limited
even at this level. Ignore
15. IZAKAYA – Showed signs of improvement last time (3rd) but needs to confirm that progress to
have a say. Dark horse
16. LILLY BIRD – Nothing noteworthy to her name for a considerable period now so can be easily
ruled out. Others preferred
Summary : BEYOND MY DREAMS (5) bounced back to form with an improved 2nd at Chantilly
on his return to PSF, and is taken to confirm that form by going one better here. VALENTO (8)
arrives in winning form after a victory at Ostend and should, given his appreciation for racing on
fibresand, fight for success. ANDINO (1) is reunited with Maxime Guyon for this occasion and must
be respected too, with the pair having struck a formidable partnership. CHARM WRENS (10) has
claims too with Mickaël Barzalona aboard for the first time.
