The Singapore Turf Club has granted one-day visiting jockey licences to Australian jockeys Hugh Bowman (pictured on left) and Daniel Moor to ride at the Lion City Cup meeting on Sunday, 27 August.

Both Bowman and Moor are returning for a one-day visit after their recent stints in Singapore.

Four-time Sydney champion jockey Bowman, who is now licensed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, pulled off a double after he won on the Tim Fitzsimmons-trained Golden Monkey in the Group 1 Singapore Derby (1800m) and City Gold Star from four rides on 23 July. He is again engaged to ride Golden Monkey in the third and final Leg of the STC Super Sprint series, the Group 1 Lion City Cup (1200m).

A regular visitor to Kranji, Moor bagged nine wins at his recent three-month stint, including the Group 3 Singapore Golden Horseshoe (1200m) aboard the Michael Clements-trained Greatham Boy at his last meeting on 23 July. He will be supported with rides from Clements on Lion City Cup day.
