Singapore Pools proudly sponsored one of the ten races organized by the Korea Racing Authority (KRA) on Saturday, setting the stage for Sunday’s prestigious international Group 3 races, the Korea Cup (1200m) and Korea Sprint (1800m).
Recognizing their enduring partnerships, KRA extended their appreciation not only to Singapore Pools but also to several other esteemed collaborators such as the Japan Racing Association, Macau Jockey Club, and South Africa’s Gold Circle.
The inaugural Singapore Pools Trophy, a 1400m event for Class 3 gallopers, which was scheduled as Race 6 and boasted a prize of 75 million won (S$71,000), was won by Thunder Time, trained by Woo Chang Ku.
Dr. Lee Kwok Cheong, the Director on the Pools board, along with Simon Leong, Chief Product Officer, and Steven Tan, Senior Manager responsible for product content, were present to witness the race and hand out trophies to the winning connections.
