Trainer Sharee Hamilton dominated Sunday’s fixture in Selangor, enjoying her best day yet there with five winners since relocating her stables from Penang.
Hamilton clinched the first two races, with ASIAN TIGER winning race 1, followed by ARIF’s victory in the subsequent race. ZILFIKAR managed to prevail in race 4 before SIMLONG BEACH continued her stellar season by winning race 5.
The day culminated on a high note as 10-year-old LUKE MAN won his first race since June last year. Hamilton’s performance this season stands in stark contrast to her seventh-place finish on the premiership ladder last season, where she secured 41 wins.
Her resurgence this season positions her to surpass that mark. Having previously claimed runner-up spot in the trainers’ table in 2016 and ranking third in 2017, the New Zealander appears on track to once again feature prominently in the top three trainers’ rankings.
