1. KLIFF BERE – Has talent, 3rd over 2100m at Parislongchamp two runs back in April. Should
be fit despite an absence since May
2. ZVIKOV – Has been competing in good class races of late, the latest was a Class 2 at Tarbes
in mid-October when a credible 6th. 4th in a Listed race three runs back over 1600m at Toulouse
in April. Key chance
3. LIB APACHE – Unplaced on the sole run over 2000m at Saint-Cloud in late March. Best
watched for the time being
4. MORELLO DI VENTO – Promise when 5th over 1600m at Madrid (ESP) in mid-October over
1600m when last seen. Can play a lead role
5. CALEDONIA – 4th last time over 2100m at Dax in late September. Needs more against a few
tough rivals
6. AMAYITA – Unplaced when last seen over 1900m in early October. Lacks experience and
others rate higher
Summary : ZVIKOV (2) should be too smart for his rivals. He has been performing with credit in
better races than this and if emulating his fourth-placed effort in a Listed race at Toulouse in April,
he can win again. MORELLO DI VENTO (4) has shown enough in two runs so far to give the
selection something to think about. KLIFF BERE (1) has some decent form and ought to be
involved at the business end of the race. CALEDONIA (5) makes up the shortlist.

3. MACARON – Fair 3rd over 1600m at Royan last time in early September in a claimer. More
required in a better race
4. MAHA DIVA – 5th last time at Dax in early October over 1200m. Has more to come and can
have a say
5. DONALYA – Nice debut 3rd at Tarbes over 1500m in October. Can improve from that and
looks like the one to beat
6. GUALDA – 3rd on both runs so far, the latter over 1600m in October at Toulouse. In the mix
7. POPPIE SAN – 5th last time over 1900m in early October in a maiden race. Can not be ruled
out of this

Summary : DONALYA (5) could be the best option after a promising third-placed effort on her
debut at Tarbes in October. GUALDA (6) is improving and could be the main threat to the
selection. MAHA DIVA (4) is another that merits consideration after a credible run when fifth at
Dax last month over 1200m. POPPIE SAN (7) has the ability and could be better suited by the
drop back in trip today after possibly not getting home over 1900m last time.

good 2nd before that at Dax. Key chance
2. VOIX DIVINE AA – 5th last time over 2300m at Dax in early October, and a 3rd placed run
before that. In the mix
3. CALINE DE CAJUS AA – Unplaced runs on all four runs this year. Looks to be out of form and
is best watched for now
4. HALANDJILA AA – Unplaced last time, won at Cazaubon over 2200m in mid-July four runs
ago. Might place at nice odds
5. FIRST LADY TROIS AA – Has three unplaced runs of late but is capable of a top-three finish
over a trip she should like
6. IRUN PONTADOUR AA – Three unplaced runs of late, 2nd before that over 2200m at
Pompadour in August. Needs to get back on track
7. JOBURG PONTADOUR AA – 4th at Dax last time over 2300m in early October. Ought to play
a leading role
8. ISEULT DU PACS AA – 6th last time over 2300m, won at Gramat in August over 2200m.
Capable if in the mood of being competitive
9. MALDIVES POMPADOUR AA – 5th two runs ago over 2200m at Pompadour in mid-August.
Others seem better equipped
Summary : FENG SHUI DU PECOS AA (1) is the tentative selection in an open race. He has
quite consistent form and gets the vote over the likely main rival in JOBURG PONTADOUR AA
(7) who is yet to get her head in front but looks honest and a bold run is anticipated. VOIX DIVINE
AA (2) warrants respect and ought to be on the premises. FIRST LADY TROIS AA (5) could fare
best of the remainder.

of these to falter to be involved

Summary : LANCEUR D’ALERTE (9) ran a good race when second at Cholet on October 7th
over 1900m. He looks ready to win again. LONG KE WAN (7) has been in terrific form and poses
a big threat to the selection. GLORIETTE SAN (3) also needs to be monitored closely in the
betting market after a second-placed effort over 1900m in early October at Bordeaux Le Bouscat.
JALAPAO (8) has solid each-way claims.

how to win and can feature

16. RHUMTEQCAHOUTTE – 5th three runs ago over 1800m in June in a Class 4 race. Might find
this difficult
Summary : GLOBAL CONTEXT (10) can get her first success after a couple of recent
encouraging efforts. She has a nice draw in stall 3 and is marginally preferred to TREMONT (14)
who faired well in a Class 4 handicap last time and will be competitive. XARUN (2) is one to
consider from an each-way angle. He is looking for win number 6 and ought to be involved.
GRISGRISES (1) can have a say from stall 11 with luck in running.
