Six-year-old galloper CAPTAIN LEGACY will be targeting successive victories in the 1200m Class 5(B) contest at Kuala Lumpur on Monday.
After three minor placings from as many local starts, CAPTAIN LEGACY finally opened his winning account with an authoritative 4.25-length victory over 1200m here four weeks ago.
Having arrived in the country with just one minor placing from fifteen starts in Singapore, CAPTAIN LEGACY has discovered his niche since joining the Selangor stables of Ananthen Kuppan last year.
The stable is experiencing a flying start to the new season, producing five winners from fifteen runners at a 33.3% rate, and CAPTAIN LEGACY appears likely to add to the win tally come Monday.
