Race Summary: A tough start to the card. GREENLIGHT DANCER has yet to show much after three Western Cape performances but could show vast improvement on the Polytrack for a trainer who has been very successful in recent raids to the Eastern Cape. HAT HOT HAT, POTENT CAPTAIN and HOUSE OF SUSSEX all need improvement to win this race but are capable of filling minor roles. SON OF ERUPT is threatening to break the ice and should be right there at the finish once again. MAN OF COURAGE ran well on debut and has a winning chance.

Race Summary: A very weak race and anything is possible. SWEET CAKE has improved of late and may be a bit better than her rivals. GOTCHA BUZZ has not been at her best lately but is capable of contesting the finish. QUEEN OFTHE PALACE lacks a strong kick but could get involved in the finish. MILLION REASONS and AUDACIOUS are both capable of fighting out the finish and look most likely to threaten SWEET CAKE.

Race Summary: A competitive-looking race. TRAVEL MASTER is in good form and is course and distance-suited. RAVILIOUS has some fair recent form and does have scope for further improvement so should be included in all bets. PASHTUNWALI is better than his last run and can do better this time. SWISS WALT and CHARLIE MALONE are not easy rides but are capable of winning a race like this. MORNING CHESS could be a threat on best form. BENNELONG POINT is better than his last run would suggest and is another to consider.

Race Summary: An interesting start to the Pick 6. ON MY HONOUR has done little wrong in two starts and may be a lot better than his merit rating suggests, so gets the nod to score. JACK IN THE GREEN proved too good for his maiden rivals on local debut and deserves respect. Blinkers have worked for him and he could be better than rated. SPECMAGIC is consistent and can be involved in the places. BRYDEN BAY has improved lately but tackles stronger this time. GLOBAL STATE drops in class after some feature race attempts and deserves respect. AMAZING COLOURS is not an easy ride but is weighted best on official merit ratings.

Race Summary: MASKED VIGILANTE was an overdue winner last week. He only got there narrowly and carries a small penalty for that win. He is probably a lot better than what he showed and can follow up. Stable companions TUSCAN GOLD and DONNY TEE fought out the finish last time out and could well do so again if allowed a soft lead once more. COOL WINTER was not too far behind last time out and could earn more money. WHATEVER NEXT has not won for some time but could pop up in a place. WILLIAM THE FIRST is in good form and can be competitive as well.

Race Summary: EYJAFJALLAJOKULL is at the top of his game and looked an unlucky loser last time out. He is not an easy horse to ride but can go one better with luck in running. EMPIRE BLUE is unreliable but capable of earning money. EL ROMIACHI is always capable of earning. GUERRA is in good form and can fight out the finish yet again. SILVER TYCOON and GRADUATION TIME are both arriving for this race after recent wins, so are not out of it. LT ALEXANDER and AMERICAN DREAM are also capable of earning some money.

Race Summary: Some young and improving fillies take on a bang-in form runner in HAPPY HOLLY, who has been unlucky when touched off a couple of times by the decent Splicethemainbrace. She deserves a win and could like this surface. The Justin Snaith-trained PROTECT THE DREAM is improving and should be right there once again. YOU WIN AGAIN, trained by Alan Greeff ridden by Richard Fourie, won her last three and deserves the utmost respect. KABON KAPI won a nice race last time out but this does look a tougher task. RED SASH is in good form but does concede weight to her rivals.

Race Summary: The second leg of the Polytrack challenge. KING REGENT was an impressive winner of the first leg and will be just as good over this distance, but does have some talented rivals to beat. SILVER FALCON has the ability when in the mood and would not be a surprise winner. PORT LOUIS has blown hot and cold all season but is not out of it. KHAYA’S HOPE is a class animal and has beaten these rivals before so deserves consideration. LUNA HALO has had a good season so far and is another that can get involved with the finish.

SUCHALIFE and THREAD OF LIFE both like the Polytrack and could be better than rated. HANGING ROCK is better than what she has shown lately and could surprise. GOLD AGENT makes a local debut and deserves respect. JAMBO SANA improved to win last time out and could follow up.
