Race Preview

RACE 1: DES PINS NOIRS CLAIMING STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 1) – 2600M – TIME: 19:35 PRIZE MONEY: EUR23000

Summary: XYLOPHONE (4) scooted in by four lengths at Le Croise-Laroche last month and will be
difficult to beat in a similar type of race. His main threat could be EDOARDO (1)who has been consistent
and only been unplaced once in five starts. His latest effort was in a Class 3 race at Parislongchamp
and he can feature. NASDAQ (6) looks like a solid option for the each way backers and LUMINESCE (5)
is also one to consider.

SELECTIONS
XYLOPHONE (4) – EDOARDO (1) – NASDAQ (6) – LUMINESCE (5)

RACE 2: BOSQUETS CLAIMING STAKES (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 2) – 2200M – TIME: 20:10 PRIZE MONEY: EUR16000

Summary: PRINCE OF DAWN (5) has been fourth on his last two runs and looks ready to get his head
back in front. He probably has the most to fear from RIYAK (1) who won by nine lengths at Compiegne
on his latest start and is sure to be in a good frame of mind after that success. SIM CARD (2) was
second in that race and has a lot of ground to make up but he can make the top three. ODEMAR (7)
heads the remainder.

SELECTIONS
PRINCE OF DAWN (5) – RIYAK (1) – SIM CARD (2) – ODEMAR (7)

RACE 3: ROLAND FOUGEDOIRE HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 3) – 1200M – TIME: 20:55 PRIZE MONEY: EUR53000

Summary: CIAO PA’ (8) has won twice and been second on his last three runs, the latest win was at
Chantilly on October 26th in a Class 3 race. He can once again play a leading role. BABA SIM (15) has
dropped in the ratings and ran well on his last run at Chantilly when he was a close-up fifth in a
competitive handicap behind SCARFACE (3) who beat the main selection CIAO PA’ (8) into second
that day. BACCHILIDE (6) was third in the same race and can not be discounted in this.

SELECTIONS
CIAO PA’ (8) – BABA SIM (15) – SCARFACE (3) – BACCHILIDE (6)

RACE 4: DES FRENES HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 4) – 1600M – TIME: 21:30 PRIZE MONEY: EUR21000

Summary: This can go the way of STELLANIA (1) who has been in top form of late with a win in
September two starts ago and a good second at Nantes in mid-October when last racing. Her main
danger could be RECONSTRUCTED (7) who has been placed on his last three runs and makes his
handicap debut. ANIELSKA (3) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations. SEABISCUIT DU
RHEU (5) warrants respect and looks the best of the remainder.

SELECTIONS
STELLANIA (1) – RECONSTRUCTED (7) – ANIELSKA (3) – SEABISCUIT DU RHEU (5)

RACE 5: CENTRE D’ECOTOURISME DE FRANCHARD HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 5) – 1600M – TIME: 22:05 PRIZE MONEY: EUR25000

Summary: QUENDRESA (1) will be full of confidence after a win at Chantilly last time in late September
and holds leading claims of scoring despite top weight. Her biggest rival could be ROOFTOP (5) who
ran well when he was second at Saint-Cloud on his latest run in October over 1600m. ROLL WITH IT
(11) is one for the each-way backers to take seriously. SEPTIMUS (9) seems to be improving with race
experience and is also worth considering.

SELECTIONS
QUENDRESA (1) – ROOFTOP (5) – ROLL WITH IT (11) – SEPTIMUS (9)

RACE 6: GUY THIBAULT HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 6) – 2000M – TIME: 22:40 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20000

Summary: PRINCEDESCHAMPS (10) was fifth last time at Le Croise-Laroche in mid-October when
not beaten far off the winner. He has a leading chance of scoring. WINGS OF FIRE (8) was a credible
fourth last time at Argentan and is sure to be competitive. ROCHEUX (4) won the race that the main
selection ran in last time and is penalised for that but can have a say in the proceedings. ASLAN
SENORA (1) is also worth a mention.

SELECTIONS
PRINCEDESCHAMPS (10) – WINGS OF FIRE (8) – ROCHEUX (4) – ASLAN SENORA (1)

RACE 7: PINS LARICIO HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 7) – 2000M – TIME: 23:15 PRIZE MONEY: EUR22000

Summary: KARIOITAHI (6) looks the best choice in this open handicap. She was a decent fourth on
her latest run at Chantilly late last month behind MORSAN (1) who won that day and is penalised for
that success. STORMY NIGHT (7) was back in fifth in the same race and can get a lot closer to her
rivals this time. She meets the main selection on the same terms but is 2kg better off with MORSAN
(1). COGNAC (5) makes up the shortlist.

SELECTIONS
KARIOITAHI (6) – STORMY NIGHT (7) – MORSAN (1) – COGNAC (5)

RACE 8: DES ERABLES HANDICAP (TURF TRACK) (FROM FONTAINEBLEAU RACE 8) – 1200M – TIME: 23:53 PRIZE MONEY: EUR27000

Summary: SIXTUS (6) has dropped in the handicap and was not beaten far when he was fifth at Le
Croise-Laroche recently. He can score from LAMORNA COVE (9) who was ahead of him that day in
second place when they met on October 18th at Le Croise-Laroche. Back in fourth in the same race
was REMINISCE (2) who looks like the each-way angle in this competitive handicap. LES TROIS
VALLEES (1) has been in top form recently and can once again be on the premises.

SELECTIONS
SIXTUS (6) – LAMORNA COVE (9) – REMINISCE (2) – LES TROIS VALLEES (1)

RACE 9: HARAS ST-VOIR MAIDEN STAKES (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM LYON LA SOIE RACE 1) – 1800M – TIME: 00:27 PRIZE MONEY: EUR16000

Summary: During her debut at Compiegne BELLE LUMIERE (11) was hampered in the final stages
while competing for the places. She can improve with a run under the belt and gets the vote. STAR OF
LIGHT (8) has done well in both starts thus far and can go close. DOUBLE JEU (6) made a good debut
and can be involved in the finish again. ACE (1) is down in category and is expected to be competitive.

SELECTIONS
BELLE LUMIERE (11) – STAR OF LIGHT (8) – DOUBLE JEU (6) – ACE (1)

RACE 10: LIMONEST HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM LYON LA SOIE RACE 2) – 1800M – TIME: 01:02 PRIZE MONEY: EUR20000

Summary: DUNSBOROUGH (9) has won well at this track before and this will be the third run back.
He should be involved in the finish again in race of this nature. MATT MACHINE (1) won well at
Deauville in the penultimate start and should enjoy the switch back on the PSF. A CANNES (4) is
coming down in the weights and can be competitive. EDITED (10) is consistent and can have a say in
the finish.

SELECTIONS
DUNSBOROUGH (9) – MATT MACHINE (1) – A CANNES (4) – CLEOD’OR (6)

RACE 11: VAULX EN VELIN HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM LYON LA SOIE RACE 3) – 2400M – TIME: 01:37 PRIZE MONEY: EUR17000

Summary: REVAMP (9) has dropped in the weights and could now be competitive. His last victory was
on this track so he looks a solid winning proposition. SELKET (11) is very consistent in this division and
can be involved in the finish again. FEEDESREVES (8) needs to defy the penalty of 3.5 Kg but could
just do so. SECOND TO NONE (7) is seldom far off them and can make the frame.

SELECTIONS
REVAMP (9) – SELKET (11) – FEEDESREVES (8) – SECOND TO NONE (7)

RACE 12: CANAL HANDICAP (FIBRESAND TRACK) (FROM LYON LA SOIE RACE 4) – 2400M – TIME: 02:11 PRIZE MONEY: EUR15000

Summary: FETE JOYEUSE (12) a solid runner-up effort last time out on this track and is capable of
going one better here. EXHIT (11) is consistently involved with the finish and looks a solid bet for the
exotics. THECLIMB (6) is on a very competitive mark and can make his presence felt. WHIP DRALLIV
(10) gets a claiming apprentice who will assist his chances and can stake a claim in this line-up.

SELECTIONS
FETE JOYEUSE (12) – EXHIT (11) – THECLIMB (6) – WHIP DRALLIV (10)
