The WA Pinnacles carnival reaches its thrilling peak this week with the prestigious Group 1 Northerly Stakes, drawing a full field to contest one of the race’s most competitive editions since its inception in 1976.
Among the standout contenders is the seasoned campaigner Numerian, who will line up in Saturday’s $1.5 million feature in Perth. At nine years old, this veteran gelding, a consistent performer for Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald, may be making one of his final appearances on the racetrack.
