Placing at big odds last start, he settled just off the pace from a wide draw and fought on gamely to finish second over this track and distance. Notably, the race was run at a blistering pace, which only adds to the merit of his performance.
Now dropping to Class 4 for the first time, he must be considered a strong winning contender, despite carrying top weight.
Race 5 No 2 THESIS
He showed significant improvement on his Class 4 debut 18 days ago, charging home strongly to finish fourth over 1650m at this track. Had he not been held up from the 400m to the 200m, he likely would have finished in the Top 3.
With his racing style in mind, the step up to 1800m shouldn’t be an issue, and he could make amends with a smoother run.

Race 9 No 5 AMAZING RUN
He has displayed consistent form in Class 4 and recently finished a fast-closing fourth in a slowly run race over this track and distance. With several frontrunners in the field this week, a genuine pace could allow him to make a strong impact.
Race 10 No 2 KAHOLO ANGEL
He flashed home late to finish second over this track and distance last time out, clocking the fastest final 400m in 22.18 seconds. The form has since been franked with the third placegetter HUGE WAVE scoring a subsequent win, which bodes well for him to go one better this week.
