Summary: LINDERHOF (1) seems to act well on this surface and was a pleasing second over track and trip 10 days ago in a claiming race when beaten less than a length. She is preferred to NOTA BENE (2), who will be a threat. She was a course and distance winner last time out at the end of January in a claiming race when DUCHESS HILL (6) was second, beaten three-quarters of a length. One more favoured terms, the latter can feature. LOUIS DEUX (3) heads the rest.

RACE 2: DU LAUTIN MAIDEN STAKES (TURF TRACK) – 1300M – TIME: 19:30 PRIZE MONEY: EUR23000
Summary: LA CONSENTIDA (9) has been second on her last two starts at this track, she dropped back to 1300m last time after traveling a bit too keen over 1500m on her penultimate run. She never landed a blow on her latest start, although the winner could be smart. In calmer waters, she can get off the mark. LOVER SONG (5) ran well to be third over track and trip recently and looks a threat. SANGRE DE DRAGO (3) and PERGOLOR (4) could both be recommended each-way.

Summary: MON BEL CANTO (6) won well when racing in his first claimer last time out over course and distance on January 21st. He has a leading chance of following up. WONDER BOY (1) can be competitive and looks like the one to give the selection the most to do. Summary: ANTICIPATION ZERO (5) has her handicap debut after three promising runs so far. Her latest was when she was fifth in a maiden on the PSF early last month over 2000m, it is worth noting she drops back in trip which could be a positive. MOOREA (2) could be the main danger, she has Maxime Guyon to guide her and she was a decent third last time at this track 10 days ago. LE TOLIER (4) is one for the each-way backers to take seriously. RAWIYA (1) is also worth considering.

Summary: VILLA ROYALE (11) seems to come alive at this racecourse. She won over track and trip twice last year and ran a better race over track and trip when she was sixth in a Class 3 handicap late last month. She is the tentative selection ahead of PICNIC ROYAL (1) who will be in a good frame of mind after a win over 2400m 7 days ago at this track. SPEEDY RECORD (4) could be an each-way option. BLUFF (2) is also worth a mention.

Summary: WHISTLE AND FLUTE (1) was a promising fourth over 1300m at this track late last month and although he has top weight he has been dropping in the handicap and racing in stronger races than this recently. He can score from MONSIEURVALCHOP (3) who was second over 1300m at this track at the end of last month and can be competitive. LE CENTRAL (4) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations. PURPLE RAIN (8) heads the remainder.

Summary: MISS ROAZHON (2) was a good second last time out at this track and trip on February 5th and she is out again quickly and holds a leading chance of going one place better. Her main danger could be SYLVER SAMBA (5) who was fourth on the turf at this venue recently and has solid form on the PSF before that. VIZINDI (1) shaped well to be fourth over track and trip 10 days ago and can make the frame. BALGEES TIME (8) is also worth a mention.
