GOLDEN LINK was not disgraced when third behind the selection last time out and should be in the battle for a stake cheque again. SAKURAJIMA may prefer further but is capable of getting involved with the finish. PLAY ACT tends to lack a strong finish when he really needs it most but has a place chance again. COOL CAT and GLOBAL STATE have shown improvement of late and are not out of it.

STATE SECRET has been unreliable of late but is capable of scoring if showing her best side. CONCERTO and GREEN FAME can get involved with the finish.

KARANGETANG makes his local debut and has a winning chance. SLINGS AND ARROWS returned to form with a good win last time out but this is a tougher task.

THREE ROCKS has disappointed of late but can contest the finish. GOCEKWITHLOVE was a surprise winner last time out but does deserve respect for that win. GIMME’S LASSIE is overdue another win. MONTELENA is in good form and can be competitive. LOVE GRASS, BOMBER GIRL and WOMAN OF POWER are others that can surprise.

GLOBAL ALLY is always capable of earning some money. LAGUNA VERDE was not disgraced last time out and could have improvement to come. WOMAN’S WORLD is another one to consider.
