Summary: DRUMROY GIRL (8) wasn’t disgraced last time out but has shown to be a lot better
and now steps in a handicap which will suit her nicely. She gets weight off the back and will be big
runner. WHATAHERO (2) failed to pose much of a threat last time out but should be able to put
that effort behind him and could win this. RIGOLETTOS (1) let the side down in a big way last time
out and given that he gets 3.5kgs off the back, there is every chance that he could feature here.
IRELIA (4) was a winner three starts back and with a bit of luck in running, could be in the shake
up.

running well in slightly stronger events and will make his present felt in a strong way. POSCHIAVO
(3) put it all together in nice style to win and can threaten.

demands the utmost of respect. ALABAMA MOON (9) gets the services of Maxime Guyon which
could aid her chances and she is another that has run to stronger. ALVA (8) is seldom far off the
action and should prove a threat.

bold performance. SPRING HEART (5) has had a number of chances to get it right but despite that,
she is likely to produce another strong run. BRAVO PAPA (2) was well held last time out but could
run into a minor position.

can adapt to various distances and will not be inconvenienced by the drop back to 1900m. NORSK
(4) looks like a safe each-way option. MANDEGA (8) heads the rest.

the place bet permutations. MAESTRO CHOP (14) won two starts ago and is racing from the right
end of the handicap. He can be involved.

on February 8th. ARGYRON (5) has been placed on his last three starts and is a safe option eachway. PARFAITE MERILL (14) is also worth considering.

month. The step up in trip could bring out a bit more improvement. PENTAOUR (3) won over track
and trip two runs back in a Class 3 claimer in December and was a credible sixth at Deauville earlier
this month on his latest start. SCREEN SHOT (14) is a previous course and distance winner and
can not be ruled out. MISTER GOKEN (10) is also worth a mention.
