MY AMI BEACH won over this course and distance in her penultimate start and needs to be included in all bets. SWEETIE DARLING has made the trip from the Western Cape and can surprise. BYTHELITEOFTHEMOON likes this course and distance and does have stable jockey Richard Fourie in the irons. ENCHANTING LADY makes her local debut and is one of many that can score.

SON OF ZEUS is unreliable but quite capable of winning when in the mood. CHEEKY LADDIE, UNION ROSE, WILLIAM THE FIRST and HOLOCENE are capable of troubling the judge.
