ACT ON SNOW hasn’t had the best of starts but hasn’t been too far off. She could take advantage from gate one. BILINGUAL has been close up previously and also finished ahead of most of these. PANTHERA UNCIA needs things to go her way but along with ENDIZAYO can also threaten.

Race Summary: It was good to see Grade 1 placed GRAND CRESCENDO look dangerous again last time. He was beaten in a close finish and stripping fitter can prove hard to beat. But there’s a lot of talent in the race. MUSICAL SCORE is highly regarded and was entered in the first leg of the Triple Crown where he didn’t disgrace himself. He should be dangerous over the shorter trip especially now that he is gelded. BUFFALO STORM CODY can also realise true potential having had the same operation. He has shown class and has good form at this venue. BIOFARMER and THE AFRICA HOUSE have drawn well, so watch out.

Race Summary: DOITWITHDIAMONDS ran out an easy winner when tried over 1800m. A Silvano filly out of a Jet Master mare she could be ready for this 2000m trip too. However, she could be tested by MISS SCALETTA who ran a very decent race in the Grade 1 SA Classic last time. She has the best of the draws. Honest and consistent DIMAKO’S JET was run out of it by another improving sort in her last start. It was her first run back from a break and she could be a tougher contender stripping fitter. JULIET TANGO has a bit of class about her and she could suddenly show up.

Watch out for WHISTLEDOWN who produced a decisive finish to win at big odds when switching to this track last time. Her stable is in good form. FREE IN SEATTLE keeps on running well without winning. It could be her turn.

He wasn’t far off the placed runners and is quickly tried again. He can improve. PANNING GOLD wasn’t far off the former in his second run after a rest. He has run some decent races in the past but a wide draw will make it tough. GAMER did well to take the second cheque over 1600m in his last start. He looks worth another try over the distance. AMERICAN REBEL and CELTIC RUSH have shown enough to go well here and both have drawn ideally.

The gelded son of Silvano ran well from a wide draw after a rest last time but will have to pull out more to win from the widest gate. A horse like OPEN HIGHWAY can take advantage. He has dropped in ratings and if back to best could relish this track and trip. THE PLAYBOY BOMBER is another that could be dangerous if ready after a rest. He won two in a row at this venue earlier and this time has secured a plum gate. More with money chances.

It doesn’t end there. BASKED IN GLORY is another useful sort with more to come. She was a good second to Green Sapphire after a rest and having drawn well should make it tough. JUST THE TWO OF US is one of many others that can earn.

KING OF KILDARE is another capable individual and he would have needed his last start after a long layoff. But the horse that could finally get into the winner’s enclosure is VIRGIN RIVER who finished runner-up in her last three. She has drawn well and should take advantage. IN THE ETHER is in good nick but is up in class. ARILENA ran a good race last time but she should have her work cut out from a wide gate. More can get into the money.
