Summary: PAIX DES DAMES (6) won with a good bit in hand by 2.5L on her debut at Pau on the
PSF in February on her only start. She will be sharper for that outing and should like the turf
surface. ESSEX (3) was not up to Listed class last time, but she won before that and can have a
say in the proceedings. PINATIQUE (5) won narrowly in a newcomers race on the PSF on debut
and is one to keep safe on her debut on the turf. EAST GREY (2) heads the remainder.

Summary: ZOOM CHOP (4) arrives in sparkling form and was an easy winner last time out. He
has his first run for 2025 and could go back to back. NACIDO (6) is better than his rather
indifferent latest effort and has the ability to threaten in a race of this nature. NOVA SCOTIA (2)
won a solid race last time out and heads into this event with a big chance of delivering the goods
once again. MORSAN (1) hasn’t been at his best recently but on his overall form, he is capable of
winning this. With weight off the back, he needs to be included.
SELECTIONS
ZOOM CHOP (4) – NACIDO (6) – NOVA SCOTIA (2) – MORSAN (1)

Summary: D’ORES ET DEJA (2) ran too far stronger at her latest outing and she sets a very
high standard here. She drops back into maiden company and looks slung in to deliver the goods.
The biggest threat will likely emerge from, ZAKOSHA (3) who ran a pleasing race on debut and
should take a step forward from that effort to provide a challenge here. LAZARET BAY (11)
makes her debut in a race where she may have to settle for a placing but is one to keep an eye
on. ROOBA (10) should improve with her debut run behind her and can earn a cheque.
SELECTIONS
D’ORES ET DEJA (2) – ZAKOSHA (3) – LAZARET BAY (11) – ROOBA (10)

decent fourth in a Class 3 race on her latest start on March 7th. She is preferred over BIAK
LESCRIBAA (7), who was a pleasing second at Agen behind the selection when beaten narrowly.
On more favourable terms, she can make things interesting. BURNING HEART (2) ran well to be
fourth in a Class 2 race recently and can not be discounted. LADY WANDA (8) is also worth a
mention.

Summary: CAROLINE BAY (4) is better than her latest effort and with a bit of luck in transit, she
could have a big say at the finish. She is suited by the conditions of the race. ZELINA (2) has
been running at a slightly stronger level and with her rating dropping all the while, she could make
her presence felt. SAN TEODORICO (3) hasn’t produced his best at his last two but prior to that,
he wasn’t far off them and races off a 1 point lower mark that what he last won off. CARNIVAL
QUEEN (5) needs to be forgiven for a rather indifferent latest effort and can earn.
SELECTIONS
CAROLINE BAY (4) – ZELINA (2) – SAN TEODORICO (3) – CARNIVAL QUEEN (5)

Summary: CHAMPAGNE POWDER (10) holds a Group 1 entry in the upcoming months and
makes his seasonal debut in what appears to be a warm race. He has produced two very good
efforts to date and given that he met stronger at his latest outing, he is the one to beat. TIMADOR
(6) is another that holds a Group 1 entry and should taken a step forward on the back off his
debut effort in 2024. TAYIB YOUMZAIN (2) has produced two solid performances and will be
involved at the finish. LIBYAN KNIGHT (3) was tested over a lot further last time out and drops in

Summary: MASSA CHOP (3) ran a good third over track and trip in a Class 4 handicap last time
out on March 5th and can play a lead role. SORIANE (6) could be the one that makes the
selection work hard for the success after a pleasing third at Agen in late February in a Class 4
handicap. She won over track and trip in May last year. HEAVEN CITY (5) was a decent second
at Pau two runs back and is one to keep safe. COME TI AMO (15) won over track and trip last

to oppose on the back of this effort. TREVOR SENORA (3) is in fine form currently and looks
ready to score the next career victory soon. Today could well be the day. HEPZIBAH (4) won a
good race last time at Lignieres and can follow up. Respect and include for all bets. MY

Class 3 handicap and is capable of her handicap rating. DAZZLE AT DAWN (5) was a good
fourth at this track last time and has top-three claims. ILDOUCE FLECHOIS (2) will be full of
confidence after a win over track and trip last time out and can not be discounted.

very close in this. GATEAU DES ROIS (6) posted a very promising comeback run and is a must
for the quartet.

Summary: SIBAYAN (8) is packed with talent, won many races and lined up in a Group 1 last
time when 8th over 2400m. He was a winner of a Listed race before that and rates the one they
all have to fear the most. WILL SCARLET (11) is very consistent and it would be foolish to not
give his strong each way claims. JUST JIM (5) is unbeaten and could very well remain unbeaten
after this event. He could be absolutely anything. ANY MOON (3) caught the eye in the local
debut and can build a lot on that. Serious chance.
SELECTIONS
SIBAYAN (8) – WILL SCARLET (11) – JUST JIM (5) – ANY MOON (3)

selected to go one more on her latest 2nd over 1600m at Le Mans in a Handicap. PRINCESSE
VERA (10) ran a much improved race on the 10th of this month when 3rd over 1600m and has to
be taken seriously based on that alone. EL PROFESSOR CHOP (6) can be forgiven for the last
run and judged on penultimate 2nd place finish over 1400m at Toulouse. Strong place chance.
OCTOBER CHOPE (3) cannot be excluded from any bets.

could be ready for a return to the winner’s box. NOBLE AMBER (1) is not as reliable as the
selection but does have a winning chance in this line-up. IRIDIA (6) is hard to trust but is capable
of scoring. ETERNEL (15) is usually very competitive and can contest the finish as well.
