Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

Fillies only in this maiden. We’ll side with a first timer and (8) LUCKY A ONE who took three trials to get it right but finally did so with aplomb on March 13^th when leading all the way. She can be on the speed here too and if she brings that form to the races, she can win. (9) CRAZY MARI needs a line drawn through her latest when she got a long way back. Instead we’ll go on her effort two outings back when 4^th at this distance and if she can get off to a good start here, she can be a danger. (2) LUCKY DAY looks to be on the right trajectory with an improved 5^th place at start number three and from a good draw can be in the mix. (5) GEOLJAK CHUKJE and (3) WONDERFUL CATHY others in the frame.

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1300M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(6) VINCERO CUE has made solid progress across three starts so far culminating in a 2^nd place at 1300M on in February 8^th when leading until the closing stages. He draws well to lead again and in this company he will be a hot favourite to go one better. (5) AWESOME STEP was ordinary on debut but was a much-improved 2^nd at start number two on March 1^st when settling midfield and running on. Third-up she can be peaking fitness wise and can be close again. (10) SECRET WOLF has hinted at ability with a 4^th and a 5^th from two starts so far. She has demonstrated she has a strong finish so the wide draw shouldn’t be a problem, and she can challenge late. (11) SAENAE PARK and (3) DRAGON FANTASY are others who can go close.

Seoul Race 3: Class 6 (1700M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million

(9) ECO FORE enters off his best finish so far when stepped up to this distance for the first time on March 16^th and beating plenty of today’s rivals on his way to 2^nd place having settled handy to the pace. The same apprentice keeps his weight low, the wide draw shouldn’t be a problem in this small field, and he can go one better today. (5) CHAMPIONS FIELD was 3^rd in that March 16^th race, settling midfield and running on. That followed a 4^th place at the start before and he can continue to get closer here. (2) SANBANG BOMNAL was 4^th, adding to a 2^nd and a 3^rd from his previous two tries at 1700M and he should be there or thereabouts again. (6) HERO CHOICE and (4) MARUBYEOL are others who can compete for the minors.

Seoul Race 4: Class 5 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(1) ROPPONGI DRAGON has been a beaten favourite on both his latest two starts, most recently his first try at this class and distance on March 15rg when he settled back and ran on for 3^rd place in a slow race. He should have benefited from the experience and from a good gate and still under a light weight, he is worth another chance here. The danger is (5) TONNERRE. He enters in good form with a 2^nd and a 3^rd from his latest two at 1800M and 1700M, both times leading for much of the way around. He will probably lead here too and may take some catching. (3) WORLD JOY is up in class having got his maiden win at 1300M on March 16^th. He is up in trip too, but his running style suggests it may suit and he can measure up. (2) STUNNING MONEY tends to get a bit far back but can run into some money. (8) QUEEN ABIGAIL a minor money chance.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million

(7) IMRO got his maiden win at start two before running a very close 2^nd on his first try at this class on March 1^st having been on pace throughout. He only comes up 1kg in weight, he can lead again, and he will take some beating. (10) RAON SPILETTA led all the way to get his first win on February 23^rd. He comes up in class and has the challenge of a wide draw, but he is down in weight, and he can be competitive. (6) SPARTAN was a class 6 winner two starts back and then ran 2^nd on his first try at this class on March 16^th. He is another who likes to be on pace and can be in the mix here. (9) MINT PLAY and the up in class (11) NAEGILUI YEOJEONG are among plenty of others with at least placing chances.

Seoul Race 6: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(8) GOLDEN JACKPOT is a winner of three from six so far, most recently scoring at this class over 1400M on March 9^th. An apprentice being engaged mitigates the weight raise and he has every chance of winning again. (5) DRAGON GATE is an import who began at this class, He didn’t show much in his first three but enters off a much-improved 2^nd place over this distance on March 1^st when racing handy throughout. He comes into a better gate, carries pretty much the same weight, and can build on that effort here. (2) SINUI UNMYEONG needs a line drawn through his latest, but he was a winner at this distance at class 5 level as recently as December and well-drawn and under a light weight, can be given a chance here. (6) BIG BLED and (3) THANK YOU DAECHEON others to consider for the minors.

Seoul Race 7: Class 3 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(8) WONDERFUL JET was a winner at 1400M two starts back before running an on-pace 4^th over the same trip on his first try at this class on February 16^th. He has never finished any worse than 5^th and while he tackles two turns for the first time, he should be firmly in this under Moon Se-young, who has ridden him to all three wins. (4) BULUI NALGAE is a three-time winner over this distance and enters with recent form reading well, most recently 3^rd at this class and distance on March 2^nd when coming from well off the pace, and he can be a danger. He will need to overturn the form on (5) STILL PLAY, who won that March 2^nd race, settling midfield and running on. He comes up 3kg in weight but can be in the mix again. (1) POWERFUL SOCKS and (2) URUS QUEEN are the other place chances.

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million

(1) GIPPEUM HAMSEONG has seven top three finishes from ten starts and enters off back-to-back 3^rd place finishes at this class over 1400M and 1700M. He tackles the mile for the first time but draws very well to lead, and he can go all the way. (3) CITY KING was a class and distance winner in January and has since registered two 3^rd places over the same trip. He carries 5kg more than at that January win but that’s balanced by a good gate, and he will be challenging Gippeum Hamseong for the lead from the start. (8) DAZZLE RUSH is yet to win from six attempts but has no fewer than four runner-up finishes and he can be there or thereabouts again. (2) BAZOOKA BOY and (5) MYUNGJINBULLPAI others in the hunt.

Seoul Race 9: Class 3 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million

(5) ONE PUNCH DRAGON is a winner of three from five with those victories coming consecutively between October and January. He then ran 5^th of thirteen in Seoul’s Classic trial when he was away slowly for the first time. He has already won at a mile, he carries a light weight, and he should win here. (10) FAIR SKIES has plenty of experience at this level and comes in with consistent recent form. He tackles the mile for the first time and may offer some appeal at an each-way price. (2) GOLD SIDAE enters off back-to-back runner-up finishes most recently at this class over 1400M on March 8^th. He is the probable leader here and can be in this a long way. (6) JEONGWOO FOREVER and (1) MISS WIN STAR among others in the frame.

Seoul Race 10: Class 2 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 90 Million

(7) UPTOWN WHIZ ran 2^nd in a quick race at this class and distance on March 22^nd when midfield and finishing well. Remarkably that was his first try at the distance having gone further in his previous outings, but he seemed to take to it well and he can go one better here. (6) GEOSEN BANGYEOK was well beaten when favourite last time out in February, hanging out badly the entire way and was later found to be lame. He looked well in a March trial, and he is a class and distance winner. (1) SAENAE TOWN is still class 3 qualified but takes a shy at the stumps here with a big weight drop. He draws well and it may well pay off in what isn’t an especially deep field for the level. (10) MIRACLE HANGANG and (4) DAEMUL are the other main placing chances.
